It’s almost 3:00 AM
and like millions of other people in America I have trouble sleeping. Whether it’s the fact that I can’t get myself to fall asleep fast enough or I constantly stress myself out with work; the lack of proper sleep always affects my mood for the day and my productivity levels. While trying to squeeze in some work this morning, my radio alarm clock was on NPR and funny enough, they did a report on new applications designed to help the average person sleep better. I couldn’t believe it! I hope to look into it in the future!
